S. P. Scott is a Jamaican born author and speaker residing in England. 10 years into a successful career in the healthcare industry, she embarked on her writing journey.

Sharon is an entrepreneur, a Philanthropist and an advocate for social justice. After years of exploring the sciences, she ventured down pastures new and now holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). Sharon founded the JamaicaLit Foundation – a charity that seeks to improve literacy in inner-city and rural communities across the island of Jamaica. She also functions as a governor for a local high school.

Sharon travels extensively from Latin America to Africa, exploring the path of her potential characters while developing her own voice as a fiction/non-fiction writer. Her characters are relatable. They come alive, as they pull the reader into their world, and on their journey.

In September 2020, Sharon published her debut novel, Orchids & Roses and a year later, Visions From My Father. Her most recent work, The Day The Bow Breaks is also available as electronic and paperback and can be found on all major platforms.
